Perdita Meeks

Founder

As the founder of multiple children's programs, my journey began with a simple yet powerful observation: families in my church community needed quality care for their children. Answering that need, I launched my first child care center in 2005 with just a few children. Over time, that vision grew, and I had the honor of serving over 100 children with care, love, and purpose.

Today, my passion remains as strong as ever. Shifting my focus to support school-age youth, I launched a before and after school program designed to go beyond basic care. This program is rooted in a commitment to academic excellence, character development, and real-world readiness. We aim to empower young minds not only through strong academics, but also by teaching financial literacy, business foundations, life skills, and the value of investments.

My mission is to create a safe and inspiring environment where children thrive—equipped with the tools to succeed in school, life, and beyond.

Kaulana Meeks

Director

With over 25 years of experience working with children from infancy through school age, Kaulana Meeks brings a deep passion and lifelong commitment to youth development. As the Director of our Before and Afterschool Program, Kaulana leads with the belief that every child has the potential to thrive—academically, socially, and personally.

Her work spans early childhood education, school-age enrichment, and youth workforce development. Her dedication to shaping well-rounded, future-ready youth is reflected in her focus on education, financial literacy, and investment literacy—empowering children to dream big and build strong foundations for success.

As a mentor and leader, Kaulana strives to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and discover their greatness in every area of life.

Kamika Meeks

Assistant Director

With over 25 years of experience working with children, Kamika Meeks serves as both a dedicated school teacher and the Assistant Director of our before and after-school program. Holding a Master’s degree in Education, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to every child she supports.

Her passion lies in developing a program where every student can thrive in Math and Reading—laying the true foundation for lifelong learning. As an active educator, Kamika Meeks sees firsthand the academic gaps and challenges students face and is committed to meeting those needs head-on.

She is relentless in her mission to ensure that every child who enters our program is empowered, inspired, and equipped to take their education to the next level.
