Youth Workforce
The Youth Empowerment Through Skills & Innovation (YESI) program is a dynamic and comprehensive workforce development initiative designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving job market. Geared towards youth ages 14-24, YESI offers an integrated approach to career readiness by focusing on key sectors, including culinary arts, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, media and communications, graphic design, leadership, mentorship, life skills, healthcare, and fashion.

Helps youth explore various career paths, build professional skills, and gain real-world experience.
GRAPHICS
Graphic Design
Dive into the creative world of graphic design, learning to use industry-standard software (such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
MONEY
Financial Literacy
Financial education is at the heart of this program, helping youth build solid foundations in budgeting, saving, investing, credit, and debt management.
CULINARY
Culinary Arts
Participants will learn essential kitchen skills, food safety, nutrition, and menu planning.
BUSINESS
Entrepreneurship
Gain practical knowledge in branding, business planning, marketing, customer service, and financial management, all while learning how to turn their passion into a viable business.
MEDIA
Media & Communications
Storytelling through media channels such as social media, journalism, and video production.
